features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of

MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES
Users of the Service may become "Guests", "Basic Members" or "Premium Members" of the Service. Guests are allowed access to a minimal level of the Service's features and are not charged by us for the use of the features they can access. Basic Members are allowed to access more features of the Service than are Guests, but are not allowed access to all of the features that Premium Members are allowed to access. Basic Members are not charged by us for the features they can access. Premium Members are provided with access to additional features of the Service that are not available to Guests or Basic Members. Premium Members are not charged by us for the features that are free to Basic Members. Certain additional features of the Service made available to Premium Members are also free of charge. Certain other features of the Service are "paid features", for which a Basic or Premium Member is charged extra to access.
MEMBERSHIP FEES AND PAYMENTS
a. Premium Members of the Service are required to purchase the membership on monthly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly basis. Each month is considered as 30 days of length, any one paying in February will get the same amount of days of premium membership as the person who is paying in a month with 31 days. Similarly 3 months membership is considered as 90 days membership and one year as 360 days.
b. In order to purchase Membership the user can use different methods as posted on our website. Payment paid via money order/ Cheque / Bank wire must be claimed within 30 days.
c. Depending on the method of payment it may take from 8 hours to several days before the account can be activated for Premium Membership
d. We offer full refund within 72 hours (3 Days) of original transaction where the member has not used any premium member feature from his/her account. Once any feature is used the fee become non-refundable. Similarly the site offers full or partial refund of any auto-renew transaction if a requested is received within 72 hours (3 days) of the transaction.
e. If we find that any member has used a stolen or fraudulent credit card the personal information of that members will be forwarded to the Law enforcement agencies of the resident country of the member.
YOUR REGISTRATION
OBLIGATIONS
In consideration of your use of the Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. you also agree to: (a) provide true,
accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the
Service's registration form (such information being the "Registration Data")
and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true,
accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue,
inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue,
inaccurate, not current or incomplete, R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all
current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof). You also
understand and agree that the service may include certain communications from
R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio, such as service announcements,
administrative messages and the R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio Newsletter, and that these communications are considered part of
R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio membership and you will not be
able to opt out of receiving them.

MEMBER CONDUCT
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or
regulations of networks connected to the Service;
(k) intentionally or
unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international
law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other
securities exchange, including, without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange,
the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ, and any regulations having the force
of law;
(l) "stalk" or otherwise harass another;
(m)
collect or store personal data about other users;
(n) promote or
provide instructional information about illegal activities, promote physical
harm or injury against any group or individual, or promote any act of cruelty
to animals. This may include, but is not limited to, providing instructions on
how to assemble bombs, grenades and other weapons, and creating "Crush"
sites;
(o) provide material support or resources (or to conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources) to any organization(s) designated by the United States government as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act;
GENERAL PRACTICES REGARDING USE AND STORAGE
You acknowledge that R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Service, including without limitation the maximum number of days that email messages, message board postings or other uploaded Content will be retained by the Service, the maximum number of email messages that may be sent from or received by an account on the Service, the maximum size of any email message that may be sent from or received by an account on the Service, the maximum disk space that will be allotted on R.E. PAY-PER-CLICK TERMS
1. General. A deposit must be submitted to R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio in advance of initial advertising date. By submitting advertising for inclusion on R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio, advertiser/agency agrees to be bound by the terms of this contract. No conditions other than those set forth herein shall be binding on R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio. This contract supersedes any previous agreements between R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio and advertiser/agency relating to the subject matter set forth herein. R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio's only obligation to serve advertisements hereunder shall be to serve advertisements of the advertiser described herein, and in no event shall R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio be obligated to serve advertisements for any other advertiser.
2. Changes and Cancellations. Cancellations and changes can be made via the advertiser login. R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio's advertising specifications are accessible through the advertiser login. R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio reserves the right to change any of its advertising specifications at any time.
3. Delivery, Frequency and Makegood. All figures relating to the number of advertisements served as determined by R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio shall govern, regardless of whether advertiser/agency is using the services of a third party ad server. If R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio fails to provide the guaranteed number of impressions, R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio will make good on this contract.
4. Key Words and Phrases. R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio offers no exclusivity on keywords or phrases. Each advertiser will be given ranking positions based upon the bid they enter on keywords/phrases.
5. Rejections. R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio reserves the right, without liability, to reject, omit or exclude any advertisement or to reject or terminate any links, buttons, boxes or banners for any reason at any time, with or without notice to the advertiser/agency, and whether or not such advertisement, link, button, box or banner was previously acknowledged, accepted, or published.
6. Licenses and Indemnification. Advertiser/agency grants R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio the right to use, reproduce, publicly display and distribute advertiser's advertisments and collateral information and warrants that advertiser/agency has the right to grant such license. Advertiser/Agency represents that the advertiser is the owner or is licensed to use the entire contents and subject matter contained in its advertisements and collateral information, including, without limitation, (a) the names and/or pictures of persons; (b) any copyrighted material, trademarks, service marks, logos, and/or depictions of trademarked or service marked goods or services; and (c) any testimonials or endorsements contained in any advertisement submitted to R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio. In addition, advertiser/agency represents that the advertiser's advertisements and collateral information do not violate any applicable local, state or federal law or regulation. In consideration of R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio's acceptance of such advertisements and information for publication, the advertiser and agency will jointly and severally indemnify and hold harmless R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, accountants, attorneys, agents, parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns from and against any and all third party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to: (i) advertiser/agency's breach of any covenants, representations and warranties made therein, (ii) R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio's performance under this contract, and (iii) the copying, printing, distributing, transmitting or publishing of advertiser's/agency's advertisements or collateral information by R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio.
INDEMNITY You agree to indemnify and hold
R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio, and its subsidiaries, affiliates,
officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from
any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third
party due to or arising out of your Content, your use of the Service, your
connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any
rights of another.
NO RESALE OF SERVICE
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit
any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.
MODIFICATIONS
TO SERVICE R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio reserves the
right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily
or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You
agree that R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio shall not be liable to
you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of

TERMINATION You agree that

ADVERTISEMENTS AND PROMOTIONS ON

change. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in
promotions of, advertisers found on or through the Service, including payment
and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions,
warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between
you and such advertiser. You agree that R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort
incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of

THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED

ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED. (c) ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR
OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN
DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO

GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is entered into in Franklin county in Columbus, Ohio. You agree not to threaten, harass, take legal action against, coerce, make demands or requests of, or force signatures or other legal contracts with R.E. Frush Grass Cutting Services of Central Ohio no matter what the reason is, even if you feel you have legal right.
You agree that it will be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to its conflict of law provisions. and any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be subject to the courts located within the county of Franklin, Ohio.

Upon receipt of a copy of a death certificate, your account may be terminated and all contents therein permanently deleted.
